The Great War |
| I played FreeSpace2 first, but I wasn't a bit disappointed by this
"older" game. The graphics aren't quite as impressive as FS2, though they're still excellent, and
it seemed easier to win, but the animation is still smooth, the story line is captivating, and all
the excitment of FS2 is there. It's also nice that the control layouts and flight models are the
same for all the FreeSpace games, so there's no learning curve once you've mastered one game
in the series.
I found this in a double-pack including both FreeSpace and the expansion pack: Silent Threat on the bargain rack (at Target). If you can find this one, get it! |
