| JumpGate is a Massively Multiplayer Space Sim. You'd never know it, though, as the environments are so expansive you're lucky to see much besides the occassional asteroid. That's the biggest single problem with the game. You can spend literally hours just flying from point A to point B and back for your missions, and if you die in the very probable attack you have to start all over.
If you love space mining and never want to make anybody mad, you've got a chance of leveling up enough to hold your own in combat, but JumpGate is such a time sink I just can't find the fun in it. |
